June 2008 Prayer Update

PRAYER UPDATE FOR JUNE 2008

This month has been bittersweet! As most of you know that my oldest brother Sammy died on Friday June 18^th and I had to fly home ASAP. It’s great to be back with my family and friends, but I am sad that I had to abruptly stop my ministry to come home. I have decided to stay in Canada until the end of December so that I can sell my condo and it contents and spend Christmas with my family. I will then go back to South Africa in January to continue what I started. There is so much to do and it’s a bit overwhelming. I pray that while I am home that I can be more prepared in helping the people of South Africa. Please pray for the following:

Praise items:

· That Sammy’s memorial went well.

· Thank you for all the people who prayed and supported my family while we were going through this rough patch of life because it was definitely felt.

Prayer items:

· That both my cars will be sold in South Africa.

· That I will find the right realtor to help me sell my condo in Surrey and that I can find another place to buy for my brother and sister-in-law to live in it in Victoria.

· That I can get a resume out and find a job while I am in Canada.

· That I can find movers to move my stuff out of storage.

· That I can find peace in getting rid of everything that I have collected for 20 years and not be too sentimental of getting rid of everything.

· That I can accomplish all the little things that is needed before I go back to South Africa.

· That I can find more prayer partners and sponsorship for me to go back to South Africa.

· That the Lilly of the Valley Educare ministry in South Africa can sustain itself while I am gone.

· That I will not loose my passion in serving Christ wherever I am.

· That my prayer life and relationship with God will grow deeper in Christ.
