February Prayer Update

PRAYER UPDATE FOR FEBURARY 2008

Wow! January just flew by and it is already mid-February. Time is just flying by and I’ve been in South Africa for over 6 months now. After coming back from Madagascar in December it has been hard to get back into a routine. I had no desire to do anything, especially my ministry. I felt my passion was taken away from me and I don’t know why? When life takes a nose-dive into the bottomless pit you just have to pick yourself up and keep going. All the schools are in full swing now and it’s helping me to keep busy and have a routine going and life has gotten a teeny bit better. I’ve also started helping with the devotional time by organizing it and setting up the worship team. Please pray for the following:

Praise items:

· Found a paper company to donate all the paper that we need to do art projects.

· Had a great 1st teachers training on Feb 9th and 10 out of 14 schools showed up.

· Prayed for a projector for the devotional time and a donation of a project came the next day.

Prayer items:

· To find donors to provide 6 rechargeable 1.5V batteries with a charger for 15 schools. (cost $600 rand each = $ 85.00 CND)

· To find donors to buy 15 CD players. (cost $300 rand each = $45.00 CND)

· To find English churches to be involved in sponsoring a school.

· To find a new car that’s affordable (see blog for further details).

· For the teachers to be committed in following my lead to make their schools to be the best that it can be.

· To be a great model and to build a good relationship with each teacher.

· For our devotional times to be honouring and pleasing to God.

· To find the right people to be on the worship team and to find equipment to make the worship team better (music stands, mics, mixer, electrical guitar, bass guitar, drums, etc.)

· For my devotional life and prayer life to be more meaningful.

For the Kingdom,

Love, Glory
