I took a Tesol class in March at SFU with my good friend and missionary mentor Barb Gustafson. I thought this course would help me teach English as a second language while I am in South Africa.
I first met Barb as a co-worker at Wind and Tide. She also recruited me to go to Thailand with her in the summer of 2005 on a mission trip. Barb and her husband Larry were missionaries in Pakistan for 15 years. Larry worked as a Doctor in the hospitals and Barb did everything else.
